Straight from the DB, the Jupiter is a Legendary Sniper Rifle: 60 damage a shot, 7.7 fire rate, 5-round mag. Per-shot it lives or dies on whether you're hitting weak points or hosing plate. Verdict: great in the right hands, ammo-hungry in the wrong ones.
