Discussion The Equalizer is still the most overrated Legendary

Everyone treats the Equalizer like a god gun because it's Legendary and sells for 27,500, but it's an Energy Special with 8 damage per shot leaning entirely on that 50-round mag and fire rate. Against a Bastion's rear plate you're better off with something that hits harder per shot. Change my mind.

Per-shot it's weak, agreed, but sustained on a big armored target the mag size matters. Depends whether you're hitting the weakpoint or spraying plate.

Overrated AND overpriced. I'd rather run a Jupiter and actually delete something from range. 60 damage a shot beats 8 all day.
