Guide Scorestreak-on-a-budget: run intel, not fantasy streaks

New players set three high streaks they'll never earn. Don't. From the database costs: pair a cheap intel streak - Scout Pulse (350) or UAV (500) - with ONE payoff. The Combat Bow (450) is a great mid streak: explosive arrows, easy value. Save the HARP (1,400) and Dreadnought (1,600) for when you're actually going on runs.
