Discussion Perk Greed is still the most slept-on wildcard, here's why

Restating the hill I die on every season: Perk Greed (an extra perk in a tier) fixes more real loadout problems than Overkill (two primaries) for the average player. Overkill's official line is 'any non-melee in primary and secondary', which sounds great until you notice you barely swap. Gunfighter (3 extra attachment points on your primary) or Perk Greed improve the gun you're ACTUALLY holding. Change my mind.

You won't be changing minds because you're right. Overkill is a comfort pick; Gunfighter and Perk Greed are value picks. The only time Overkill wins is if you genuinely two-gun different ranges, which most people don't.

This is the kind of post that makes the DB useful - I checked and yeah, Overkill and Gunfighter are exactly what you said. Running Perk Greed on my next class as a test.

perk greed for the double tier-1 is the only reason my class survives contact with these tryhard lobbies. overkill is for people who like admiring a second gun they never pull.
