Guide Talk me into (or out of) the Hemlok Burst AR

Every time I think about committing to the Hemlok Burst AR I talk myself out of it. For an Assault Rifle (Heavy Rounds), is it worth it or am I better off with something else?

Half agree on the Hemlok Burst AR. Depends heavily on how you play.

The Hemlok Burst AR take is correct and I'm tired of pretending it isn't.
