Discussion Did the Sparrow get quietly changed?

Swear the Sparrow got stealth-touched. The stat sheet reads the same but the feel is off. For a Recon legend that's a big deal to me. Anyone corroborate or am I imagining it?

Co-sign the whole Sparrow thing. This is the discussion the section needed.
