Guide Rampart 101: Amped Cover + an LMG is a fight you build, not one you find

The Rampart kit rewards planning. Battle Modder gives you bigger mags and faster reloads on LMGs and the Minigun, so pair it with a Devotion (ramps 80->240 DPS) or a spun-up hold weapon. Drop Amped Cover BEFORE the fight to shape the choke, not mid-panic. Ult 'Sheila' is a mobile minigun anyone can use - place it for the squad on a hold. Rule: build the wall where you WANT them to push, then out-sustain them through it.

Good guide, and I'll concede the point I usually argue against: with Battle Modder the sustain genuinely wins prolonged holds where raw burst runs dry. Rampart's the one Controller I respect in a straight DPS race.

Strong until someone knows where the wall ISN'T. Pair Rampart with a recon and it's oppressive; solo-holding a wall blind, you get flanked. Information decides whether the hold works.
