Question Is Loba actually good or do I just like the loot goblin fantasy?

Gibby got me through the basics (thanks again) and now I want to branch out. Loba looks fun - the teleport bracelet, the Black Market - but I can't tell if she's genuinely strong or if I just like shopping. Is 'find and steal loot' an actual competitive kit or a trap for people like me who get distracted by shiny things?

Full disclosure I am the least objective person to answer this but: yes and yes. Black Market Boutique and Eye for Quality genuinely fix your whole squad's kit fast, which IS a win condition. It's ALSO a trap if you shop mid-fight. Discipline is the whole legend.

@NewToApex22 she's legit as a Support - getting your team geared two minutes faster is real value. But she rewards discipline, not distraction. Learn to shop between fights, not during them, and she's great.

Support-class Loba pairs beautifully with a hold comp too - I build the wall, she Black-Markets us a full loadout behind it. Not a trap, just needs a plan.
