Discussion Rascal class setup -- what am I pairing it with?

Putting a class together around the Rascal (Rare Special). What are you pairing it with these days? Trying to build for consistency, not highlight-reel stuff.

i have three Rascals and the emotional maturity to keep all of them. good luck though.

Respectfully the Rascal is more situational than this makes out. Good thread though.
