Discussion Bettina vs Tempest -- which one?

Been running the Bettina (Epic Assault Rifle) but everyone keeps pushing the Tempest (Epic Assault Rifle). For those who've used both -- which actually wins, and in what situation?

Half agree on the Bettina. Depends heavily on how you play.

Saving this, genuinely. As a newer player this is exactly the kind of thing I needed spelled out.

Respectfully the Bettina is more situational than this makes out. Good thread though.
