Discussion Shrapnel Grenade throwable math

The Shrapnel Grenade does 60 damage per throw (Uncommon grenade). On paper that's the case for bringing it. In practice the throwables live and die on their behaviour, which the DB can't show. Anyone got a strong read on it post-patch?

Respectfully the Shrapnel Grenade is more situational than this makes out. Good thread though.
