Guide How to solo-deadline a Matriarch without feeding it your whole bag

The Matriarch is Heavy-armored with weakpoints on the Core and Leg Joints - do NOT fight it like a Bastion, it repositions on you. Plan: bait its lunge, roll to a flank, and stack damage into a Leg Joint to stagger it, THEN swing the shot up into the Core while it's locked. A Battle Rifle like the Aphelion (Legendary, 25/shot) does clean weakpoint work. Bring a Snap Hook for the panic exit and more ammo than feels reasonable. This is a discipline fight, not a DPS race.

Co-sign every word. The Leg-Joint stagger is the whole fight - people dump into the Heavy plate, run dry, and blame the boss. Flank or die. Adding this to my deadline routine.

Solid. Just don't try this with a post-nerf Venator, the cadence change makes the weakpoint taps way less reliable than they were. Bring the Aphelion like she said.
