Guide Settle it: Rascal or Hullcracker?

Been running the Rascal (Rare Special) but everyone keeps pushing the Hullcracker (Epic Special). For those who've used both -- which actually wins, and in what situation?

Respectfully the Rascal is more situational than this makes out. Good thread though.
