Straight from the DB, the Bobcat is an Epic SMG: 6 damage a shot, 66.7 fire rate, 20-round mag. Per-shot it lives or dies on whether you're hitting weak points or hosing plate. Verdict: great in the right hands, ammo-hungry in the wrong ones.
