Guide Weak point on the Rocketeer?

Trying to be efficient about the Rocketeer. Its listed weakness is Thrusters and its threat/profile is Critical threat, Heavy armor, weak: Thrusters. Is focusing the weak point the whole fight or is there positioning I'm missing?

The Rocketeer take is correct and I'm tired of pretending it isn't.

Respectfully the Rocketeer is more situational than this makes out. Good thread though.
