Discussion What's the best use for the C.A.R. SMG?

Trying to get the most out of the C.A.R. SMG (Submachine Gun (heavyLight)). What's the situation where it actually shines vs where it's dead weight? Curious how the veterans slot it in.

Saving this, genuinely. As a newer player this is exactly the kind of thing I needed spelled out.

Respectfully the C.A.R. SMG is more situational than this makes out. Good thread though.
