Discussion Light Shield: is the move penalty worth it?

Numbers on the Light Shield from the DB: 40 charge, 40% mitigation, None move penalty. The mitigation is nice but that move penalty gets people killed against anything that flanks. Mobility is mitigation too -- only run this when you're tanking, not roaming.

I love the Light Shield but I think you're selling it slightly short here.

Half agree on the Light Shield. Depends heavily on how you play.
