Discussion Did the Osprey get quietly changed?

Anyone else feel like the Osprey handles differently after the last patch? Nothing in the notes I can find, but this Rare Sniper Rifle does not feel the way it used to. Might be in my head.

Respectfully the Osprey is more situational than this makes out. Good thread though.
