Guide Is the Stitcher actually worth it?

Been eyeing the Stitcher (Common SMG). Is it actually worth building/running or is it one of those things that looks good on paper and disappoints in the field? Convince me either way.

I love the Stitcher but I think you're selling it slightly short here.
