Guide Perk tier planning: you can't stack all the good ones

Reminder for people building classes: perks are split across Tier 1, 2 and 3 and you pick within the tiers. Ghost, Flak Jacket and Ninja are all Tier 1, so you're choosing between them, not stacking them (unless you burn a Perk Greed wildcard). Tracker and Cold-Blooded sit in Tier 3. Plan the whole ladder before you commit.

This is the thing that trips up everyone coming back to CoD. The tier split is the actual loadout puzzle. Good to see it spelled out.
