Straight from the DB, the Stitcher is a Common SMG: 6.5 damage a shot, 45.3 fire rate, 20-round mag. Per-shot it lives or dies on whether you're hitting weak points or hosing plate. Verdict: great in the right hands, ammo-hungry in the wrong ones.

Half agree on the Stitcher. Depends heavily on how you play.
