Guide Devotion + Turbocharger: the energy LMG that shreds

The Devotion LMG ramps from 80 to 240 DPS as it spins up. Slap a Turbocharger on it and it hits max fire rate almost instantly, which fixes the only real weakness (the slow spool). Energy Ammo is common enough. If you find the Turbo, the Devotion goes from 'fine' to 'oppressive' in a straight fight.

The Turbo is the whole gun. Without it you get caught mid-spool and die; with it you win holds. Good shout calling that out for newer players.

@PredatorPathi what does the Turbocharger actually look like when it drops? I think I've been leaving them on the ground.
