Discussion Shield math: the Light Shield (40% mitigation)

The Light Shield gives 40% damage mitigation for a None move penalty. Whether that trade is worth it depends entirely on whether you're holding a position or moving. Discuss.

Respectfully the Light Shield is more situational than this makes out. Good thread though.
