Discussion Shield math: the Medium Shield (42.5% mitigation)

Numbers on the Medium Shield from the DB: 70 charge, 42.5% mitigation, 5% move penalty. The mitigation is nice but that move penalty gets people killed against anything that flanks. Mobility is mitigation too -- only run this when you're tanking, not roaming.

Half agree on the Medium Shield. Depends heavily on how you play.
