Discussion Is it just me or does the Hemlok Burst AR feel different now

Swear the Hemlok Burst AR got stealth-touched. The stat sheet reads the same but the feel is off. For an Assault Rifle (Heavy Rounds) that's a big deal to me. Anyone corroborate or am I imagining it?

Respectfully the Hemlok Burst AR is more situational than this makes out. Good thread though.
